This luxurious 6 bedroom/4 bathroom home is situated along the waterway and has its own boat dock for your convenience. There are three levels which allows the villa to sleep up to 12 people. The 2nd level comprises of a large lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and master bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are located here which share an adjacent bathroom, and there is a large outside dining area. The 3rd level includes a large sitting room, a 2nd master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two more bedrooms which share another bathroom.

The large swimming pool has the benefit of an electric heating system, which is an optional extra, and has stunning views over the lagoon. As with most waterway homes the pool is unscreened. An ideal holiday home for a large group of people, featuring wonderful views and your own boat dock giving access to the waterway for fishing and other watersports.
