The fully equipped kitchen includes all manner of modern appliances, such as microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier, plus ample dishes and utensils for up to 8 guests.        

The dining, living and family rooms are elegantly furnished and include colour cable T.V., V.C.R. and tape deck/CD player. There are a further two televisions in the house.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have queen size beds and share the 2nd full bathroom.

The south west facing pool has the benefit of optional electric pool heating for those cooler weeks, an outdoor grill and a shaded lanai area for poolside dining. There is also a waterfall and wonderful wide views across the waterway.

A splendid holiday home for simply relaxing and sunbathing around the pool, but only a few minutes drive to local fine seafood restaurants and shopping malls.
