The kitchen is equipped with all manner of modern appliances. including microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier, with ample kitchenware to serve all your guests.

Two televisions including a large screen, V.C.R. and C.D. player are provided for your entertainment.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2  has a queen size bed & also has it's own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has another queen size bed, bedroom 4 has a set of twin beds and these 2 rooms share the 3rd full bathroom.

Outdoors the east facing pool area has a large sundeck, poolside furniture and private boat dock. Electric pool heating is an optional extra if required in the cooler months. There is also a B.B.Q grill for your convenience for outdoor dining.

This is a great holiday villa for the family that is superb on location, ideal for renting a boat to cruise the waterways or simply chilling out around the pool.
