This home is backing onto a wide water canal where marvellous sunset views can be enjoyed and is conveniently situated just a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and shops.

The living room consists of vaulted ceilings, ceramic floor tiles and leather sofas. This room also has the benefit of a T.V. and V.C.R.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has twins. There is also a further queen size sleeper sofa in the den area.

Outdoors is a private pool that has the option of electric heating, it also has a private boat dock from where you can watch the manatees swim, have a try at some fishing or just bask in the sun.
