It is just a short walk to Resident's Beach and local shops and restaurants are all a few minutes drive away. Will sleep up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, all the dishes and utensils you need to service all the family and a washer and drier is located nearby for your use.

The dining and living areas are decorated in a tropical theme and include colour cable T.V., V.C.R. and CD player.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd colour T.V. and full en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a king bed and twin beds respectively and share the 2nd full bathroom.

The south facing pool has a covered lanai and enough pool furniture for sunbathing. An outdoor grill is available for dining poolside and there is also a spa and optional electric heating should the wonderful Florida weather become cooler.

You will really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely villa, which has great views along the canal.
