The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge and ample culinary utensils and dishes to cater for all your cooking needs. It also has a breakfast nook and a laundry room with washer and drier for your use.

The living area is very spacious and comfortably furnished, with a formal dining table and family room, all of which look out over the pool area through large sliding doors. Complete with large colour cable T.V., D.V.D. player and has the benefit of a built in music and sound system throughout the house.

The 1st master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd master bedroom has a queen bed and they both have en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share the 3rd bathroom. You can rent rollaway beds for the 9th/10th guest.

The large pool has the advantage of a huge patio area and has the added benefit of optional electric pool heating for those cooler months. It overlooks woodland to the rear, giving added privacy.

The garage has been converted into a games room, with full size pool table, dart board and bar area.
