This lovely spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located just across the footway from the barrier island of Manasota Key and is only a short drive or bike ride to Manasota Beach. Will sleep up to 8/9 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker and ample dishes and cutlery to service all your family. There is also a laundry room with washer and drier for your convenience.

The living area includes a family room and formal dining set. For your enjoyment there is colour cable T.V. and a music and sound system throughout the house.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with access to a shower room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share the 3rd full bathroom. A rollaway bed can be rented for a 9th person.

The large pool overlooks the rear garden which has lots of privacy. Electric pool heating is an optional extra for those cooler months.

An excellent choice for a family or group of friends, only a short distance to shops and wonderful restaurants.
