This superior 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located across the footway from the barrier island of Manasota Key and is only a few minutes walk to Manasota Beach. Will sleep up to 8/9 guests.

The kitchen contains all manner of modern appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, fridge and ample crockery and dishes for all your culinary needs. A casual breakfast nook is handy for snacking and there is a laundry room with washer and drier for your use.

The living area is very spacious, comfortably furnished and has cathedral ceilings. It is complete with colour cable T.V. and a music and sound system throughout the house. The formal dining area is set for 6 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with access to a shower room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share the 3rd full bathroom. A rollaway bed can be rented for a 9th person.

The pool area is large and is complete with plenty of outdoor chairs and sunbeds, together with a table for dining poolside and a gas barbecue. There is woodland all around outside the pool area for added privacy.

An ideal retreat for relaxation, only a short drive to local shops and lovely restaurants.
