This lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located in Englewood, only a couple of minutes from Manasota Beach and ten minutes to local shops and restaurants in Venice. It overlooks a large lake with a fishing dock and has beautiful gardens. Will sleep up to 6/7 guests.

The kitchen contains all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of utensils and crockery for all your culinary needs. A laundry room with washer and drier is also available for your use.

There is a formal dining room with a living/family open plan area, which is all comfortably furnished, including colour cable T.V., V.C.R. and a small stereo.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own T.V. and full en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a queen size bed and twin beds respectively and share the 2nd full bathroom. A rollaway bed can be rented for a 7th person.

The pool area has the added benefit of a spa, attracts day long sunshine and has lots of privacy for relaxing poolside. It overlooks the lake and electric pool heating is an optional extra for those cooler months. A double garage is also available.
