This gorgeous 4 bed/3 bath home is located just across the footway from the barrier island of Manasota Key and only a few minutes to Manasota Beach. Will sleep up to 8/10 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool through an aquarium window and includes microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all modern appliances, with plenty of culinary aids to assist with all your cooking needs. A laundry room with washer and drier is also available for your use.

The living areas are plushly furnished, the family room is complete with colour cable T.V. and V.C.R. and the formal dining table is set for family meals.

The 1st master bedroom has a king size bed with full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed, also with en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share the 3rd bathroom.

You can rent rollaway beds for the 9th/10th people.

The large pool has the benefit of optional electric pool heating for those cooler months. A gas barbecue completes this area together with ample poolside furniture for outdoor dining. There are also beautiful trees to the rear of the pool for added privacy.
