This great 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located in a residential area in Venice, just 5 minutes drive to the lovely beach at Manasota. Will sleep up to 8/9 guests.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher and enough utensils and crockery to cater for all your culinary needs. There is also a laundry room with washer and drier for your convenience.

The living area is very comfortably furnished and together with the dining table set looks out through large sliding glass doors to the pool deck. Complete with colour cable T.V. and V.C.R.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, whilst bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and these rooms share the 2nd full bathroom. A rollaway bed can be rented for a 9th person.

The large pool is south facing and has the advantage of optional electric pool heating for those cooler months. It also overlooks woodland for extra privacy.

An excellent choice for a family or friends sharing, with local shops and fine restaurants only minutes away.
