This charming 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located in a residential area in Venice, just a 5 minute drive from Manasota Beach and very close to the local shops and restaurants. Will sleep up to 5/6 guests.

The kitchen is open plan with all modern appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of utensils and crockery. It overlooks the pool deck and there is also a laundry area with washer and drier for your use.

The dining area has a table with seating for 6 people and the family room is spacious and comfortably furnished, including a large T.V. There is also a den which contains a 2nd T.V., V.C.R. and double sleeper sofa for the 5th/6th guest. Sliding glass doors lead out to the pool area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, with use of the 2nd bathroom.

The spacious pool is great for a relaxing swim and there is an area for sitting or lounging about if you feel like eating poolside. Outside the pool area there are bushes for added privacy. For cooler months you have the advantage of optional electric pool heating.
