This lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is situated on a spacious corner lot in an exclusive St. Pete neighbourhood and is just a 10 minute drive to the beach. Newly furnished, this villa will sleep up to 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern appliance, including microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier. Sliding doors open out to the pool deck.

The dining and living areas are comfortably furnished and there are 4 colour cable T.V.'s, 1 V.C.R. and a stereo spread throughout the home. Vaulted ceilings give a feeling of extra space and more sliding doors go out to the pool area.

The family room contains plush couches for total relaxation and is perfect for catching up on your latest novel. Ceiling fans add extra comfort and keep you cool.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has a double futon. There is also a day bed with trundle located in the living area. The 2nd bathroom is shared by the other bedrooms.

The screened pool has the benefit of electric pool heating, which is mandatory between the months of November and April, the cost of which will be added to the rate. With an ample supply of pool furniture, you can enjoy topping up your tan or dine poolside, then relax under the stars after sundown.
