This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes drive from the shops and a 15 minute drive to St Pete's beach.

The house sleeps up to 8 guests. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds and there is also a queen size sleeper sofa available. 

High vaulted ceilings provide an open airy space in this home and sliding glass doors open out to the spacious lanai.

This home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also the added benefit of 2 colour cable T.V.'s, V.C.R. and stereo system.

The private swimming pool is heated for your comfort between the months of November and April and the cost of this is included in the rate.  From the pool you also have a lovely view over a pretty pond.
