This superb multi level spacious home has 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and will sleep 9-10 guests, the beds being 1 King, 3 Queens & 1 Double Futon. It is located at Tierra Verde, just a few minutes drive from Ft. Desoto Park and St. Pete Beaches.

Throughout the home there are a total of 3 colour cable TV's, 1 VCR, 1 DVD and 2 Stereos with CD player.

On entering the villa you will find polished hardwood floors which lead to the lower level suite of bedroom, bathroom, living room with wet bar, plantation shutters, Spanish tiled floor, beautiful leather furnishings and an entertainment centre. A door leads out to the pool and spa area.

A curved stairway leads to the main living area illuminated by skylights in the vaulted ceiling. Here you'll find a separate den area with comfortable seating and entertainment centre, the formal living room with raised hearth and fireplace, spacious dining table with seating for 8 guests and entry to the screened pool deck, complete with furniture for poolside dining, which overlooks the canal.

The dream kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher and large fridge, with ample cookware to meet all your culinary needs.

Another curved stairway leads to bedrooms 2 & 3 and a 2nd bathroom. There is also a laundry room complete with washer and drier for your convenience.

Double entry doors lead to the spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a sunken jacuzzi tub, another entertainment centre and a doorway to the balcony which overlooks the pool and waterway.

The final stairway takes you to a circular tower room, offering panoramic views over the waterway.

Pool heating is mandatory between the months of November and April and the cost of this will be added to the rate. You also have the benefit of your own private boat dock, should you wish to take advantage of the many leisurely cruises along the waterways.

A unique experience for a family holiday, just a 10 minute walk to many fine restaurants and shopping in downtown St. Pete's Bay Walk and Pier. Highly recommended.
