This newly furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located in a quiet residential area, only a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg, shops, several restaurants and the beach. Will sleep up to 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier, with everything needed to cater for all your guests.

The living and dining areas are comfortably furnished and are complete with colour cable T.V., D.V.D., stereo and CD player for your enjoyment. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, another colour T.V. and full en-suite bathroom. 

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. These two rooms share the 2nd bathroom.

The pool area is great for relaxing and simply soaking up the rays. Dining al fresco is also a favourite pastime as you watch the sunset. Between November and April the pool is heated and the cost of this will be reflected in the rate.
