As you enter the villa you will find the first of the two living room areas, lavishly furnished to a very high standard.

The 2nd living room is also beautifully furnished and includes a state of the art sound system with big screen T.V., C.D. player and D.V.D. player.

A large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a breakfast nook with table and chairs. The dining room is also located in this area. 

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large en-suite bathroom including 'his and hers' washbasins, a roman style bath and separate shower.

The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower.

The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and the 4th and 5th have twin beds. These bedrooms share the 3rd fully equipped bathroom. There is a T.V. and V.C.R. in all bedrooms.

The extra large pool and patio provides ample room for swimming and sunbathing and includes an outside dining area with table and chairs.

There are also breathtaking views across the lake to the rear of the property. This is a superb holiday home only a 5 minute drive to excellent shops and top class restaurants and only 25 minutes from beautiful beaches.
